Gradually I started to really get the meaning that The Great Buffet preached that no need to monitor the market frequently. The market has its own force. It will behave accordingly regardless of anybody's fear, greed, predication or wish.

If I had a SLO-2-Port that was 92+ % in cash, I'd spend my time at the Beach checking out The Babes !!!

You are, however Correct, sir, in not "Minding" Mr. Market. The Market varies for the so[U]le purpose of Money finding it's way back to it's RIGHTful OWNers.

Plan your work and work YOUR Plan. Don't let UnCertainty Turn you around. A balanced-risk Portfolio with mostly Dividend payers and some "Flyers' to add a little Zest is Best.

Remember that 30-40% of the Stock Market's long-term gains come from dividends and the RE-Investment of Same.

PS : You're not going to WIN any StockPicking Contest stuck in Neutral in Cash. The SLO's Money Market pays less interest than the "Virtual Reality " Portfolio Management Fees. Take a SWING for the Fences -- it's better than going Broke, fine-grained sand-paper SLOw style !! Inflation alone already eats that up, too, then comes Real World Taxes.

What glory is there in starting out with a BIG BOULDER and then to Squander it into Fruity Pebbles, Little Rock ? I think in terms of StewardShip -
