The market is still treading water, up and down going no where. I did not make any trade since the end of SLO2. It is very boring. CD might be better place to put my cash. Somebody pointed me a great bank offering 7.5% 12 month CD. The catch is that it is off shore and not FDIC insured. Do you think this is where I should go? :)

No, there is a tower in Paris, France, made of iron, the government is trying to sell it. You can buy it for less than the value of the iron as scrap.

That would be a better use of your money.
