Commercial Paper
If once did not succeed, spend more. Now the government decided to pump money into "Commercial Paper" - unsecured short term promissory note issued by banks and corporations - whatever that is. When I first heard that, I scratched my head, what?! The government is going to buy off commercial newspaper/news media so that negative news about this financial crisis will be under control? Although I dismissed that immediately, I cracked up: it does make some sense, doesn't it? Unbelievable media hype.
