I am a Senior Systems Developer at a New York based Investment bank. I manage my old 401K and also my personal investment in stocks. I would like to become a trader at an investment firm in future.

Strategy

I choose my stocks based on the industry performance, company financial results and stock market conditions. I usually tend to pick companies that have their P/E lower than their projected growth rate for the next 3 years.
