The objective of this fund is Long Term growth of all invested capital and to at least double the performance of the S&P. This fund uses technical analysis along with the MSNBC Deluxe screensaver to invest in high growth momentum equities regardless of market cap and in any sector or in any industry. We invest in any US stocks or foreign ADR's that are experiencing market growth as defined by price increase and high three month and yearly relative strength. Our investment strategy is a mixture of strategies derived from the following investors to whom we both admire and thank. ( William O'Neil , Bill Dunn , John W. Henry , Jon Markham ,and Jesse Livermore ) When buying stocks we look for high relative strength stocks with a recent increase in price that is above and close to it's 50 day moving average. Along with high growth comes high volatility which we minimize limiting our selection to stocks that have a price to sales ratio less than their respective industry. The stocks chart must be in a defined upslope. When selling stocks we look at stocks with decreasing relative strength at or below their 50 day moving average with a flat or declining chart pattern. We will also sell stocks in which we sustain a 7 to 10 percent loss. For this contest I am going to buy and sell once a month, around the first of the month as I have to concentrate on my main real live account during these volatile times. | ||
