I watch & buy Individual issues which while Co-related to the Market Sentiment in General - have an Independent life of their own.

Within the DOW - even - there are Diamonds in the Rough.

With FED Interest DIVER-DOWN ( van HALEN ) talk,
even the Boring UTES could go Snap, Crackle, POP. A run for better rates and a Growth Kicker.

The Charts only show you the Past. You draw straight-lines in a non-linear World.
The future can not be PRO-jected, but it can be ANTI-cipated.

I don't think Techno-charting is the entire answer. SomeTimes you have to sit back, stare into the Blue Sky and think of The Big Picture.
